At West Milford Physical Therapy Center, we are strong believers in the importance of performing exercise correctly. If you are improperly working out, you can put unnecessary strain on parts of the body and can even cause long term injury.

Standardized assessment tools are used to identify individual needs or deficits and help design an effective and safe exercise program specifically for that person.

Exercise with supervision from our licensed Physical Therapist to ensure proper form, effective technique, and progression. Our Fitness Program will provide instruction, guidance, and motivation for you to get the best results out of your workouts, while also keeping your experience fresh and fun.
