Kim Minervini, MS PT, has been a physical therapist for over 16 years, specializing in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Her love of fitness and exercise has led her towards attainment of certifications in Pilates and Strength & Conditioning.
Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility, and economy of motion.
Strength and Conditioning workouts will utilize weights, bands and other equipment to help assist in weight lost and/or muscle gain.
Kim has additional certifications in Group Fitness, as well as Golf Biomechanics and Kettlebells.

Sara Gallmann has been teaching yoga and fitness in the northern NJ area for the last 28 years. Sara received her Professional Aerobic Instructor certification from AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in 1991 and her Personal Trainer Certification from ACE (American Council on Exercise) and additional Mind/Body Integration specialty from ACE the same year. After many years of personal practice, she received her 200 hour yoga teaching certificate in 1998 and has been teaching yoga classes ever since. She recently completed her 500 hour yoga therapy teaching certificate as well.
Sara is also a trained and certified Reiki Master, Reflexologist and Raindrop Technique practitioner using Young Life essential oils.
Sara received her B.A. in Music/Fine Arts and is the founder of Music at the Mission, a non-profit organization that presents concerts and open mics in West Milford, NJ.
Suzanne VanOver, LMT
Suzanne has been enjoying her practice as a massage therapist in the State of New Jersey since 2001. She is an honors graduate of the Institute of Therapeutic Massage of Wanaque, NJ, as well as a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Suzanne takes personal care to make sure that each session is tailored to the precise goals of each individual client, incorporating Swedish techniques, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and energy work. Suzanne is also a Raindrop Technique Practitioner.
Her passion for massage has naturally lead her to teaching and is an accredited instructor for Continuing Education credits with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
In addition to her many years of practical experience, Suzanne’s bodywork is further enhanced by the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils and enhanced massage oils to support each session.
Personally, Suzanne has lived in High Crest Lake, West Milford since 1990 with her husband, Bill, where they have raised their three sons.
